Description

Product Introduction

The system is a comprehensive posterior spinal fixation solution composed of pedicle screws, titanium rods, cross-links, domino connectors, locking caps, lateral connectors, iliac screws, and hooks.

It is designed to restore spinal alignment and physiological curvature while supporting partial or full biomechanical loads in cases of spinal deformity or instability.

The system enables posterior implantation of pedicle screws into the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, followed by distraction, compression, and reduction. Titanium rods are contoured to match spinal curvature and secured with locking caps, forming a stable three-dimensional construct.

All components are made from TC4 titanium alloy.

-Features

Strong Structural Foundation

Based on Denis' three-column theory, pedicle screws provide solid fixation across the spinal columns, supporting the treatment of fractures, deformities, spondylolisthesis, and spinal instability.

High-Performance Titanium Rods

Titanium alloy rods provide excellent rigidity, help maintain sagittal and coronal alignment, and offer good biocompatibility with minimal rebound after bending.

Versatile Locking Caps

Available in standard, break-off, and reduction types. Break-off designs help provide consistent locking torque and reduce manual variability.

Comprehensive Auxiliary Components

Includes cross-links, lateral connectors, and bone hooks for enhanced construct stability and flexible intraoperative configurations.

Screw Options for Surgical Flexibility

  • Fixed Screws: One-piece screw and head structure for rigid fixation.
  • Polyaxial Screws: Ball-joint head design allows multi-angle placement, facilitates rod insertion, and improves surgical flexibility.

-Advantages

  • Hybrid Material Technology: Combines different materials with functional gradient interface coupling technology.
  • Minimally Invasive Design: Supports minimally invasive procedures and surgical robot-assisted implantation under navigation.
  • Double-Locking Screw Design: Large deflection angles facilitate rod placement.
  • Implant Identification: Supports unique device identification and tracking of spinal implants.
  • Anatomical Thread Design: Thread configuration is designed to match anatomical characteristics.
  • Negative-Angle Thread: Helps prevent screw back-out.
  • Multiple Screw Options: Includes fixation, universal, reduction, hollow, cortical bone, single-plane, and pedicle screw types.

Indications

  • Thoracic and thoracolumbar degenerative disc disease, including spinal stenosis, disc herniation, and spondylolisthesis
  • Fracture trauma
  • Spinal deformity
  • Tumors
  • Fusion failure and other conditions requiring posterior fixation of the thoracic, lumbar, and sacral spine
