Description

Product Introduction

The Cervical Spine Traction and Fixation System features a three-dimensional fixation structure designed to stabilize the cervical spine by restricting flexion-extension, lateral bending, and rotational movements. Its adjustable traction mechanism allows three-dimensional adjustment of traction direction to support reduction and correction procedures. The system is designed to facilitate early mobilization where clinically appropriate and provide stable cervical support during surgical procedures. Compared with a plaster head ring, it is lighter, easier to assemble and disassemble, and features a breathable structure to support patient comfort and nursing care.

Features

• Three-Dimensional Fixation: Designed to restrict cervical flexion-extension, lateral bending, and rotational movements.

• Adjustable Traction Direction: Allows three-dimensional adjustment of traction direction to accommodate reduction requirements.

• Support for Early Mobilization: Designed to facilitate patient mobilization and reduce nursing workload where clinically appropriate.

• Stable Surgical Support: Provides cervical stabilization during surgical procedures.

• Lightweight Structure: Lighter than a plaster head ring, with a design intended to simplify assembly and disassembly.

• Breathable Design: Supports ventilation and patient comfort during use.

Accessories

• Simple Assembly: Designed for convenient installation, improved patient comfort, and easier nursing care without requiring additional equipment.

• Adjustable Traction: Provides adjustable traction to support gradual deformity correction according to the treatment plan.

• Adjustable Connecting Block: Allows convenient positional adjustment and incorporates an anti-retraction mechanism for secure locking.

• Application for Severe Scoliosis: Suitable for selected cases of severe scoliosis with curve angles exceeding 100 degrees, as described in the original material.

• Preoperative Correction: The original material describes a correction rate of up to 50%, such as reducing a 100-degree curve to 50 degrees. Actual correction depends on the patient's condition and clinical assessment.

Notes

  1. Adjustment Screw Installation: Insert the adjustment screw rod into the support rod nut to a maximum depth of 20 mm. Thread the remaining length into the support rod knob to allow subsequent distraction adjustments.

  2. Counter-Locking Installation: Install a hexagonal nut at the nut end of the support rod, available in lengths of 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, and 450 mm. Install another hexagonal nut at the knob end of the support rod knob (8 × 200 mm) to provide counter-locking and maintain support.
