The Distal Medial Humerus Locking Plate is designed for fixation of fractures involving the distal medial humerus. Its anatomically contoured profile follows the shape of the medial distal humerus, while 20° conical locking holes provide angular stability with compatible locking screws.

The plate supports fixed-angle fixation while reducing the need for direct compression between the plate and bone, helping preserve the periosteal blood supply and minimize soft tissue irritation. Compatibility with locking and compression screws enables flexible fixation strategies for complex distal humeral fractures.
